We will train the creative resources of the body and the imagination in movement to enhance the ability to express oneself through gestural language, experience movement as a source of pleasure and interact freely and authentically with others and with the environment. The workshop opens a space of coexistence for all bodies, to investigate the original value of our own corporeity and where to open the doors to other performativities and ways of being, creating and acting both on stage and in everyday life.
